EMC is focused on improving K-12 math and science education through partnerships with local schools and by sponsoring challenging math, science, and engineering competitions. We develop creative resources that support scientific inquiry, and establish museum partnerships. We also support professional development activities for educators and sponsor regional teacher workshops in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education.
